The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms and governs your relationship with Rich11 (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). These Terms also cover telephone and mobile betting, including downloadable apps, treating usage like website use.

For these Terms, “you,” “User,” or “Participant” means any individual or legal entity who registers or uses the Rich11 site by browsing or other means. By placing bets or playing games, you agree to follow the applicable product rules.

Rich11 is a one-stop platform for leisure gambling games such as Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Poker, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and sports betting on cricket, football, tennis, horse racing, and live casino betting. Rich11 is not affiliated with any official or private sports leagues or tournaments unless explicitly stated. The Rich11 app does not claim any official status or association with sports teams or athletes.

USER REGISTRATION

To use Rich11 services, you must register an account with true and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining and updating this information throughout your use of the platform. During registration, you will create a username and password, which must be kept confidential.

You are solely responsible for all actions performed through your account. If Rich11 suspects misuse or finds your registration details false or incomplete, we may suspend, cancel, or restrict your account access. Rich11 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your account details.

If a platform fee is charged for services, Rich11 will promptly refund it if your account or services are suspended or terminated due to our fault. No refund applies if suspension or termination results from your violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or other rules, or from circumstances beyond Rich11’s control.

Registration and Participants

Only individuals aged 18 or older, located in jurisdictions where Rich11 gaming is allowed, may participate in games, tournaments, and contests on the Rich11 site. Employees of Rich11, its affiliates, subsidiaries, their families, agents, sponsors, and anyone connected with Rich11 are not eligible to participate or win prizes.

By participating (except administering), users confirm that all submitted information is accurate and truthful. Age verification may be required. If information is found false or incomplete, Rich11 reserves the right to suspend the account and invalidate deposits and winnings. Suspended users can contact support via chat for assistance. Rich11 has sole discretion to disqualify any user.

Participants must have a valid email address and provide the following when registering:

• Email address
• Password

As part of registration, your data may be shared with authorized credit reference agencies to verify identity and payment information. Users may only have one account unless otherwise instructed by Rich11. Multiple accounts found may be merged and treated as one. Account Details

Users select their own username and password, which must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all bets and activities performed through your account. Bets placed with the correct login and sufficient funds will be valid.

If you suspect someone else knows your login details, change your password immediately on the Rich11 site. If you forget your login credentials, contact support via chat. You are also responsible for securing your device.

If you authorize another person to use your account, you remain liable for their actions. Lost or compromised account details must be reported via chat. Never send bank or sensitive information by unencrypted email.

Your current balance and transaction history are always accessible once logged in.

Suspension and Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact us via chat. Any negative balance on your account must be paid in full before closure. Rich11 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at any time for any reason, including violation of laws or illegal participation.

Rich11 may close or suspend your account if:

1. We believe you have used the Website fraudulently, illegally, or improperly;
2. We believe you have acted unfairly, cheated, or exploited Rich11 or its customers, or if your account benefits a third party;
3. We suspect you have multiple accounts to hide activity or avoid restrictions;
4. You provided incomplete or inaccurate information during registration or verification;
5. Any of the above events are suspected or likely to occur;
6. You become bankrupt;
7. Your account is dormant, has zero balance, or is closed as per Terms and Conditions.

If your account is closed or suspended for these reasons, you are liable for any claims, losses, or expenses Rich11 incurs, and must indemnify Rich11 on demand. In cases of prohibited events (points i–iv), Rich11 may void bets or activities and withhold any winnings, credits, or bonuses related to those events, up to the amount previously withdrawn connected to them.

Finances

A. Deposits and Wagers

You may only wager cleared funds in your account. To bet or play, you must deposit money into your account. Deposits and winnings are held solely to place bets and cover any service fees.

We may suspend or close accounts if funds are deposited without intent to wager and may report such cases to authorities. All customer funds are held in designated bank accounts, separate from Rich11’s funds, ensuring protection in case of insolvency.

Interest earned on your account balance is retained by Rich11. No credit is extended; all bets require sufficient funds. Bets placed without sufficient funds may be voided. Errors in crediting funds must be reported immediately; recovery will be made by account adjustment.

Examples on the site are in Rupees or local currency depending on your location.

Unauthorized use of the Website may lead to account suspension or closure. You will be liable for related claims and must indemnify Rich11. Rich11 may withhold any funds earned from unauthorized use.

B. Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be sent only to the registered account holder’s designated account. Withdrawals can be made via the Website, subject to available funds. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit.

If a deposit has not been fully wagered before a withdrawal request, the withdrawal may be declined. Rich11 reserves the right to charge reasonable fees related to deposits and withdrawals.

C. Other

If charge-backs or reversals occur on your account, we may charge you accordingly. We may offset any positive balance against amounts owed by you to Rich11 or affiliates.

You are responsible for reporting gambling winnings and losses according to your local tax laws. Internet gambling may be illegal where you reside, but bets accepted from such jurisdictions will be honored regardless of outcome.

Betting Procedures

A. Placing Bets/Wagers

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the details of their bets/wagers are correct before placing them. Once bets/wagers have been placed, they may not be cancelled by the customer. Bets can only be changed by the customer using our Edit Bet feature, where this is available.

Rich11 reserves the right to cancel any bet/wager at any time. Your funds will be allocated to bets/wagers in the order they are placed and will not be available for any other use.

Rich11 reserves the right to void and/or reverse any transactions made after a bet/wager has been placed involving allocated funds, either at the time or retrospectively.

B. Bet/Wager Confirmation

Bets/wagers will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account.

A bet/wager that you request will only be valid once accepted by Rich11’s servers. Each valid bet/wager will receive a unique transaction code. We shall not be liable for the settlement of any bets/wagers which are not issued with a unique transaction code.

If you are unsure about the validity of a bet/wager, please check your account history or contact us.

Should a dispute arise, you and Rich11 agree that the Rich11 transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters.

C. Offers

Where any term of an offer or promotion is breached or there is evidence of guaranteed customer profits through enhanced payments, Free Bets, risk free bets, Bet Credits, or any other promotional offer, Rich11 may reclaim those bonuses and/or void any related bets.

Rich11 may also levy an administration charge up to the value of the bonuses involved to cover costs incurred in identifying and addressing such activity.

All customer offers are limited to one per person. If Rich11 suspects bonus abuse or multiple claims, it may withdraw offers, void bets funded by bonuses, and remove winnings.

Rich11 reserves the right to amend or cancel any offer or promotion at any time for legal, regulatory, or clarity reasons.

D. Settlement and Payouts

All bets and wagers are subject to the Betting Coverage provisions (including maximum winnings) set out in Appendix Two of these Terms and Conditions.

Rich11 reserves the right to suspend markets and/or cancel bets at any time. Suspended market bets will be rejected. Ceasing betting on markets can happen without notice.

If a non-runner or void selection is included in multiple bets, the bet will be settled on remaining selections.

Winnings from settled bets are added to your account balance. Erroneous credits are not available for use and may be withdrawn or reversed.

Rich11 may withhold payment or void bets if there is evidence of compromised event integrity, manipulation, or match rigging.

Bets placed after an event starts (except in-play bets) may be voided, especially if outcomes are known or advantages gained.

Ambiguous betting instructions may lead to splitting stakes between outcomes or voiding bets.

Rich11’s decisions on disputes or ambiguous bets are final.

Use of the Rich11 Site

All materials provided on the Rich11 site, including but not limited to all information, materials, functions, text, logos, designs, graphics, images, sounds, software, documents, products and services (collectively, the “Materials”), and the selection, arrangement and display thereof, are the copyrighted works of Rich11 and/or its vendors and/or suppliers. All Materials herein and Rich11’s software are the exclusive properties of Rich11.

Except as stated herein, none of the Materials may be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or other means, without the prior written permission of Rich11.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Rich11 hereby grants you the right to access and use the Rich11 site only for personal and non-commercial purposes. You undertake that you shall not use the Rich11 site for any commercial purposes and/or in any way that is unlawful, or harms us or any other person or entity, as determined in our sole discretion.

You may post/share links, images, and text content from the Rich11 site on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others, provided you include an appropriate link-back to the original source.

When the Rich11 site provides downloadable Materials including any software, you may download such Materials/software to your computer or mobile device for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you:

• Keep copyright and proprietary notices intact;
• Make no modifications;
• Do not rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, copy (except a single backup copy), or create derivative works;
• Do not transfer Materials/software to any other device.

Any commercial or business use of the Rich11 site or Materials is expressly prohibited.

Except as expressly provided, nothing here grants you any license or right under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of Rich11. Ownership of all intellectual property remains with Rich11.

Prohibited Use and Rich11 Policy

a. Prohibited Use

As a condition of use, you shall not use the Rich11 site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose under these Terms or applicable laws. You alone are responsible for verifying legality in your jurisdiction.

You shall not post, upload, or share any content that:

• Promotes illegal, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous conduct;
• Attempts to circumvent security features or copying restrictions;
• Uses cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized software;
• Intercepts or mines data about other users or copies proprietary materials;
• Disrupts or burdens the Rich11 site or networks;
• Impersonates others or uses accounts/passwords without authorization;
• Harasses, abuses, or harms others;
• Engages in deceptive or misleading conduct to gain traffic;
• Violates applicable laws and regulations;
• Sub-licenses, rents, sells, or transfers accounts;
• Uses the site or software for commercial purposes.

b. Rich11 Policy

Rich11 values fair play in all betting games, tournaments, and contests. To prevent fraud or unfair play, all user actions (including deposits, identity verification, betting, tournaments, and contests) are monitored to ensure a safe, legal, and fair environment.

Unfair Practices

Providing false information, using unauthorized payment methods, colluding with others, or employing automated tools to gain unfair advantage is prohibited. Violators may lose prizes and face legal action.

Maintaining Contest Integrity

Any attempts to tamper with contest systems, access other users’ data without consent, send spam, or abuse the platform will lead to penalties. Rich11 is committed to protecting fair play and all participants’ rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and/or all intellectual property rights in all materials on the Rich11 site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images, or technology, the look and feel of the Rich11 site), trademarks and logos appearing on the Rich11 site are the properties of Rich11 and are owned & controlled by us and/or by other parties that have licensed their materials to us.

Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the extent permitted by applicable law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Users shall access the Rich11 Services provided on Rich11 voluntarily and at their own risk. Rich11 shall, under no circumstances be held responsible or liable on account of any loss or damage sustained (including but not limited to any accident, injury, death, loss of property) by Users or any other person or entity during the course of access to the Rich11 Services (including participation in the Contest(s)) or as a result of acceptance of any prize.

By entering the contests and accessing the Rich11 Services provided therein, users hereby release from and agree to indemnify Rich11, and/or any of its directors, employees, partners, associates and licensors, from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out their access to the Rich11 Services including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission on their part, or otherwise. Rich11 accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties in relation to the prizes.

Users shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to their access of Rich11 Services by conducting an illegal act or due to non-conformity with these Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations in relation to Rich11 Services, including provision of incorrect personal details. Users also undertake to indemnify Rich11 and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by Rich11 on account of such act on the part of the Users.

Users shall indemnify, defend, and hold Rich11 harmless from any third party/entity/organization claims arising from or related to such User’s engagement with the Rich11 or participation in any Contest. In no event shall Rich11 be liable to any User for acts or omissions arising out of or related to User’s engagement with the Rich11 or his/her participation in any Contest(s). In consideration of Rich11 allowing Users to access the Rich11 Services, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Users waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against Rich11, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the provision of Rich11 Services or related to the Contests or the prizes of the Contests.

THIRD PARTY SITES, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Rich11 may contain links to other Internet sites owned and operated by third parties. Users’ use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, posted by the sites. Rich11 does not exercise control over any Internet sites apart from Rich11 and cannot be held responsible for any content residing in any third-party Internet site. Rich11’s inclusion of third-party content or links to third-party Internet sites is not an endorsement by Rich11 of such third-party Internet site.

Users’ correspondence, transactions/offers or related activities with third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers, are solely between the User and that third party. Users’ correspondence, transactions and usage of the services/offers of such third party shall be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and other service terms adopted/implemented by such third party, and the User shall be solely responsible for reviewing the same prior to transacting or availing of the services/offers of such third party. User agrees that Rich11 will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such transactions/offers with third parties. Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any third-party product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor.

Rich11 contains content that is created by Rich11 as well as content provided by third parties. Rich11 does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality of the content provided by third parties and such content may not relied upon by the Users in utilizing the Rich11 Services provided on Rich11 including while participating in any of the contests hosted on Rich11.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information collected from Users, such as registration and credit card information, is subject to Rich11’s Privacy Policy which is available at Privacy Policy.

CONTACTING WINNERS

Winners shall be contacted by Rich11 either through the e-mail address provided at the time of registration or through either Calls or Short Messaging Service (SMS) on their registered Phone Number.

Rich11 shall not permit a Winner to withdraw his/her prize(s)/accumulated winnings unless some government approved ID have been received and verified within the time-period stipulated by Rich11. The User represents and warrants that the documents provided in the course of the verification process are true copies of the original documents to which they relate.

Participants are required to provide proper and complete details at the time of registration. Rich11 shall not be responsible for communications errors, commissions or omissions including those of the Participants due to which the results may not be communicated to the Winner.

In the event that a Participant has been declared a Winner on the Rich11 site but has not received any communication from Rich11, such Participant may contact Rich11 within the time specified on the webpage.

VERIFICATION PROCESS

Only those Winners who successfully complete the verification process and provide the required documents within the time limit specified by Rich11 shall be permitted to withdraw/receive their accumulated winnings (or any part thereof). Rich11 shall not entertain any claims or requests for extension of time for submission of documents.

Rich11 shall scrutinize all documents submitted and may, at its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any Winner from withdrawing his accumulated winnings (or any part thereof).

TAXES PAYABLE

All prizes shall be subject to withholding tax implications payable by you. Rich11 shall not be responsible for checking the laws of your jurisdiction pertaining to withholding tax, double taxation arrangements amongst others. The Winners shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable taxes, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the prize money.

MISCELLANEOUS

To the extent permitted by law, Rich11 makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prizes and shall not be liable in respect of the same. Rich11 may, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary or modify the prizes being offered to winners. Participants shall not raise any claim against Rich11 or question its right to modify such prizes being offered, prior to closure of the Contest. Rich11 will not bear any responsibility for the transportation or packaging of prizes to the respective winners. Rich11 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to any prizes at the time of such transportation. The Winners shall bear the shipping, courier or any other delivery cost in respect of the prizes. The Winners shall bear all transaction charges levied for delivery of cash prizes. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash or kind. No cash claims can be made in lieu of prizes in kind.

PUBLICITY

Acceptance of a prize by the Winner constitutes permission for Rich11, and its affiliates to use the Winner’s name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any further permissions or consents and / or additional compensation whatsoever.

The Winners further undertake that they will be available for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publicity photos, interviews and the like for no further remuneration. Rich11 shall be entitled to record, use and publish such materials on any of its media for publicity and promotional purposes without any further permission or remuneration to the Winners. The Winners undertake to cooperate with Rich11 and its representatives and agents for this purpose.

FORCE MAJEURE

Rich11 shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder, if the failure results from circumstances beyond Rich11’s reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government orders, regulations, communications failures, power failures, natural disasters or any other force majeure events.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising in connection with the Contest(s) and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of United Kingdom and the Users hereby expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom and waive any jurisdictional objections to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

AMENDMENTS

Rich11 may at its sole discretion, change or modify these Terms and Conditions or Contest rules or any other aspect related to the Rich11 Services provided on Rich11 at any time and without any prior notice to the Users.

The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations on Rich11 site. Continued access or use of the Rich11 Services shall be deemed acceptance of such changes and modifications. It shall be the sole responsibility of the User to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to be aware of such changes and modifications.

WAIVER

The failure of Rich11 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Rich11.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any other rules and regulations, including but not limited to the rules relating to the contests posted on the Rich11 site constitute the entire agreement between the User and Rich11 in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, communications and understandings (whether written or oral) between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
